Studying in the UK is considered very expensive, with undergraduate course fees running into lakhs of rupees. This scholarship from the University of Sheffield will prove to be a boon for students who want to study abroad but are unable to due to budget constraints.

Under this scholarship, the university will provide students with 7,500 pounds, or approximately 8.75 lakh rupees. This amount will be directly adjusted against your tuition fees, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.

This scholarship will only be awarded to students who will commence their studies at the University in the September 2026 intake, meaning those enrolled next year will be eligible. This scholarship is only for full-time undergraduate courses.

This University of Sheffield scholarship is available for almost all undergraduate courses, but students pursuing medicine and dentistry will not be eligible. Students can apply for all other degree programs.

You do not need to fill out a separate form for this scholarship. As soon as you enroll at the University, your name will automatically be included for the scholarship, meaning admission will be considered an application.

If you already hold another scholarship, you will not be eligible for this scholarship. The University of Sheffield offers only one scholarship at a time to ensure that as many students as possible receive the opportunity.
