MBA from Delhi University: If you want to get admission to an MBA course at Delhi University, then this is important news for you. A notification has been released for the MBA in Business Economics and Finance at DU. The Department of Finance and Business Economics, located at the South Campus of Delhi University, has issued a notice for admission to MBA courses for the academic session 2026-27.

MBA from Delhi University: Two-year full-time course

Both these courses are two years long. These are full-time courses. Admission will be given through a joint entrance process. If you also want to get admission to this course, let us know what the admission process is.

Selection will be based on the CAT score

Appearing in the Common Admission Test (CAT) will be mandatory for admission to both these MBA programs. CAT is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), however, the IIMs will have no role in the conduct of the course or the selection process. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CAT score and other specified criteria.

MBA From DU Eligibility: Mathematics subject is mandatory

It is mandatory for applying candidates to have studied Mathematics and Business Mathematics at the 12th standard level. Students who are in the final year of their graduation in 2026 can also apply. Reservation of seats will be applicable as per Delhi University rules.

Application Fee and Last Date

For applying to both courses, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs. 2000. This fee has been fixed at Rs. 1000 for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Persons with Disabilities categories. If a candidate applies for only one course, the fee is Rs. 1200 for the general category and Rs. 700 for the reserved categories. The last date to apply is January 11, 2026, until midnight.
