It is mandatory for women taking advantage of Mahila Samridhi Yojana to fulfill some conditions. The most important condition is that if the annual income of a family is more than Rs 3 lakh, then the women of that family will not be considered eligible. According to sources, this limit can also be reduced to 2.5 lakhs. Apart from this, the woman should not be in a government job, there should be no income tax payer in the family. At the same time, eligible women should be native residents of Delhi, they should also have a ration card of Delhi.
