Let us tell you that if you play Holi with colors in the train. Throw gulal. And create any kind of ruckus. So in such a situation, for deliberately disturbing others, you can be fined Rs 500 and jailed for 6 months.

Apart from this, under section 147 of the Railway Act 1989, a fine of one thousand rupees may have to be paid for causing damage to railway property. So there can be a jail term of 6 months. So both the punishments can be suffered.

Under section 147 of the Railway Act 1989, playing Holi in the train can obstruct the train operation. If this charge is proved. Then in such a case you may have to go to jail for up to 10 years.
