If you are unable to change the address from the m-Aadhaar app. Then you can change it through the official website of UIDAI. For this, first you have to go to https://resident.uidai.gov.in. Then select the Update Address Online option. After entering your Aadhaar number here, you have to complete the OTP verification.

After this, you have to enter the new address and upload the related documents. Which includes documents like electricity bill, bank statement or rent agreement. After submitting the request, you will get URN i.e. Update Request Number. With which you can track the status of your address update online.

You can also get the change done offline

If you do not know how to change the address online in your Aadhaar card. Or if you are facing any kind of problem in this process. Then you can also get the address changed offline. For this, you have to go to your nearest Aadhaar enrollment or update center. You will need to fill the Aadhaar address update form and submit documents of your new address like electricity bill, bank statement or rent agreement. After submitting the form, you are given an update request number i.e. URN. With which you can track the status later. For this, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50.
