Earlier, the warning level of 204.50 meters was also crossed, and since then the water level is continuously rising.

2. Delhi Jal Board Helpline: If your area is flooded, sewer is blocked or there is a problem of waterlogging, then you can register a complaint by calling 1916. On filing a complaint, you will get a reference number through SMS, you can download the Delhi Jal Board app from Google Play Store and can also file a complaint from there.
3. PWD Control Room: If the road is flooded or the road is closed, then call the PWD Control Room. You can also give information through WhatsApp 8130188222, PWD immediately sends its team and tries to clear the road.
4. Delhi Traffic Police: If you are thinking of going out, then first get information about the traffic. Follow the Twitter page of Delhi Traffic Police. Information about every route, updates of closed roads, and diversion information is available from time to time.
5. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation: Due to the rising water level of Yamuna river, some metro routes may be affected, DMRC gives every update to the passengers on its Twitter handle.

Some important measures to prevent floods
1. Keep children and elderly people at home, do not take them out unless necessary.
2. Keep the battery in your phone full, keep a power bank with you.
3. Keep your important documents, medicines and other essential items packed in a bag and keep them ready.
4. People living in low-lying areas should plan to go to higher places in advance.
5. If water is entering the house, turn off the electricity and cut off the power supply.
