How to register a complaint
Registering a complaint about broken roads or potholes in your area has now become a matter of minutes. You can register your complaint in a few moments by following these easy steps. Follow these steps:
1. First of all, go to the Play Store and install the Sameer app.
2. After this, open it. If you are a new user, then sign in first. Old users can directly go to the app and login.
3. After logging in, you will get the complaint option on the second number on the open interface.
4. After this, tap on Add New Complaint and register your complaint.
5. During this, the app will ask you for permission to turn on the camera.
6. After giving camera permission, click and upload a photo of the pothole or broken road.
7. You can register your complaint in the category of Unpaved Road/Pit.
8. After this, your complaint will be registered and you will be issued a number, so that you can easily track your complaint.
