IDFC First Bank launched the Mayura Credit Card on Thursday (September 20). The special thing about this card is that the cardholder will not have to pay any forex charge to make payments abroad.

Features of IDFC FIRST Mayura Credit Card
Zero forex markup: No forex markup on transactions in foreign currency.

Higher Rewards: 10X reward points on spending more than Rs 20,000 in a statement cycle and on your birthday, i.e. 10 times more reward points than the normal rewards

Airport Lounge Access Facility: Opportunity to visit 4 domestic airport lounges or spas every quarter including one guest visit, the opportunity to access international airport lounges 4 times every quarter

Forex Markup Fee
Please note that card companies charge a forex markup fee when paying by credit card abroad. This fee can be up to 3.5 percent of your transaction amount. However, there are some credit cards in the market that charge low or zero forex markup fees.
