ICICI Bank has launched Smartlock. This is a security measure. With this, the bank's customers will be able to instantly lock/unlock many banking services without taking the help of a customer service officer via phone or e-mail.
These will get help-
Available on iMobile Pay, it helps customers lock/unlock access to internet banking, UPI (including payments from other UPI apps linked to the bank account), and credit and debit cards with the click of a button. Smartlock, the first major of its kind in the Indian banking sector, also allows customers to lock/unlock the entire iMobile Pay. Customers can use this feature to deactivate a particular banking service during a certain period. Apart from this, they can also use it in case of potentially fraudulent transactions.
Let us tell you, that the Smart lock feature allows scheduled standing instructions (SI) and e-mandates to be implemented even when the banking service is locked by the customer.

Log in to iMobile Pay
Click on the SmartLock feature on the bottom right corner of the home screen
Click on the key banking services you want to lock/unlock

To start using iMobile Pay, customers of any bank can link their bank account to the app, create a UPI ID, and start transacting.
