Ordering via WhatsApp eliminates issues related to network connectivity or delays, and you can even track the status of your order. To order food on a train via WhatsApp, you must first send a WhatsApp message to Zoop’s official number: +91‑7042062070. Alternatively, you can also place an order by calling 1323.
The most essential requirement for placing an order is your 10-digit PNR number; once you enter this, the system automatically retrieves your train and journey details.
Next, you will need to select the name of the station where you wish to receive your food. Please note that it is mandatory to place your order at least one hour before the train is scheduled to arrive at that specific station to ensure that the food reaches you on time.
Following this, you can browse through the list of available restaurants and add your preferred food items to your cart. You can order anything from snacks and *thalis* to your favorite individual dishes.
Once you have selected your food items, simply confirm your order. For payment, you will be given the option to choose between Cash on Delivery or online payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, or Cards).
