**How ​​to avail the offer**
To avail of this offer, passengers must book their flights between August 4 and August 6. The offer applies to both Economy and Premium Business classes and covers all types of itineraries, including one-way, connecting, and multi-city flights.

**Offer valid only on official booking channels**
To qualify for this offer, customers must book their tickets through IndiGo's official website, mobile app, or the airline's 'Sky' platform. Bookings made via agents or third-party platforms are not eligible. It is crucial to enter the correct mobile number and email ID during booking; if you are shortlisted, the company will send a question via WhatsApp. Consequently, details cannot be changed once the booking is made.

Please note that booking a ticket does not automatically guarantee the offer, as IndiGo will select passengers randomly. The airline aims to select 20,000 people during the campaign, with a fixed quota of customers selected for specific dates. The offer is available to 10,000 people on August 4, and 5,000 people each on August 5 and August 6; this means the offer remains for the final 5,000 people for August 6.

**Questions to be sent to shortlisted individuals**
Randomly selected customers will receive a question from IndiGo. They will have three opportunities to answer it. Customers who provide the answer within the stipulated time will become eligible for a refund. They will be reimbursed for the ticket fare up to a maximum of ₹10,000, inclusive of applicable taxes.
