National Security Guard (NSG) commandos have always been symbols of courage and dedication. They are always on duty day and night to combat terrorism, high-risk operations, and protect the nation. Now, after the 8th Pay Commission, they are expecting a salary increase.

Group commanders receive a salary of ₹1 lakh to ₹1.25 lakh per month, squadron commanders ₹90,000 to ₹1 lakh per month, and team commanders ₹80,000 to ₹90,000 per month.

In addition to these basic salaries, NSG and SPG commandos receive allowances and perks based on their tasks and duties. They also receive accommodation and various other facilities for living, food, and other daily needs.

A fitment factor of 2.57 may be applied in the 8th Pay Commission, meaning the new salary will be determined by multiplying the current salary by 2.57.

Commandos are provided with secure and comfortable accommodation, full health and fitness facilities, and regular training and opportunities for special operations.
