How much salary do Bihar teachers get every month, know how much it will increase with the 8th Pay Commission?

If we talk about salary, in Bihar, teachers of classes one to five and special teachers get 25 thousand, and teachers of classes six to eight get 28 thousand salary.
The government has announced the 8th Pay Commission. Under this, there is a wave of happiness among government employees. However, it has not been implemented yet. If media reports are to be believed, it can be implemented from January 2026.
In such a situation, the government employees of Bihar also have high hopes for the 8th Pay Commission. There is an NDA government with the BJP alliance, due to which it is being claimed that soon the state government will implement the 8th Pay Commission in Bihar too.
If we talk about salary, in Bihar, teachers of class one to five and special teachers get 25 thousand, teachers of class six to eight get 28 thousand, teachers of class nine to ten and special teachers get 31 thousand rupees.
If we talk about teachers of class 11 to 12, then they are being given a basic salary of Rs 32,000 which is completely different from the 7th Pay Commission.
Now, as far as the salary hike after the 8th Pay Commission is concerned, it completely depends on the government. Still, if we assume that after calculating from 1.6 or 2.6, this basic salary can be up to Rs 50,000.
There will be a difference of about Rs 15 to 16 thousand in the salary of Bihar government teachers in the 8th Pay Commission. The Pay Commission is decided every 10 years according to inflation.
This will be given only to the regular employees of the Central Government and the State Government. At present, no official announcement has been made about its implementation.
