HDFC Bank has announced that it will give bonus shares to its investors for the first time. The bank said that it will give a bonus to investors in the ratio of 1:1. For this, the bank has fixed the record date on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. After this, the bonus shares will be sent directly to the demat account.

Double fun for investors
HDFC Bank has also announced to give a dividend along with bonus shares. The bank said that it will give an interim dividend of Rs 5 on every equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this has been fixed as 25 July 2025; investors who invest in the stock before this will be given a dividend on 11 August 2025.
