The bank has said that it is upgrading a system to improve the banking experience of the customers. With this, HDFC Bank's debit, credit, and prepaid card services will be improved. For this, card-related services will be affected for two days.
First, on June 4, from 12.30 am to 2.30 am, a system upgrade has been scheduled for debit, credit, and prepaid cards. Due to this, you will not be able to make any ATM withdrawals. Also, online, POS and Netsafe transactions will not be possible.
On the second day, on June 6, from 12.30 am to 2.30 am, an upgrade has been scheduled for debit, credit, and prepaid cards. During this time, all RuPay cards and Netsafe transactions will not be available temporarily.
Writing a note, HDFC Bank has told all customers that during this upgrade, services related to HDFC Bank debit, credit, and prepaid cards will not be available temporarily. The bank has requested all customers to plan any card transaction to be done during this time in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
