What should you keep in mind when booking a gas cylinder?
Always use your registered mobile number when booking a gas cylinder. Additionally, ensure there is a gap of at least 25 days from your previous booking; you cannot book another cylinder just 10–15 days later.
Furthermore, you must ensure that your e-KYC is completed and your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account. These requirements must be met. You will also need to provide a DAC code at the time of delivery. Please note that the server often remains busy between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, so it is advisable to book your cylinder in the evening.
