There you will find the option of Report in the menu with three dots above. Click on it and select Report Account and then tap on It's pretending to be someone else.

After this, select Me if that account is running in your identity. The report will be sent to Instagram. After reporting, within a few minutes you can get an email or in-app notification from Instagram in which the status of your report will be told.

If Instagram's report did not work out. So register an online complaint with the cyber crime cell. Go to https://cybercrime.gov.in and click on Report Other Cyber Crime from the Register a complaint section and upload the full details and screenshot of the fake profile. After this, further action will be taken by the cyber crime unit.
