GST 2.0: GST cuts come into effect today, find out which items have become cheaper and which have become more expensive.

GST 2.0: Goods and Services Tax (GST 2.0) cuts have come into effect from Monday, September 22nd. Approximately 375 items, ranging from kitchenware to electronics, medicines and appliances, to vehicles, have become cheaper from September 22nd. The GST Council had decided to reduce GST rates from the first day of Navratri, providing relief to consumers.
GST 2.0: The GST cuts have also reduced common-use items like ghee, cheese, butter, snacks, ketchup, jam, dried fruits, coffee, and ice cream, as well as high-end products like TVs, air conditioners (ACs), and washing machines. The four GST slabs of 5, 12, 18, and 28 percent have been revised to only 5 and 18 percent. The third slab is 40 percent.
