Under this scheme of the state government, financial assistance of Rs 31 thousand to Rs 51 thousand is given to the poor family for the marriage of the daughters of the state. Let us tell you that the name of this scheme of the Rajasthan government was earlier Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana, earlier Sahayata and Uphaar Yojana, which was changed to Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana in 2020.

Under this scheme of the Rajasthan government, 31 thousand rupees are provided to poor families as Hathleva amounts for the marriage of the daughter. Apart from the Hathleva amount, 10 thousand is given to the 10th pass girl and 20 thousand rupees to the graduate pass girl as an incentive amount.

For the Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana of Rajasthan Government, BPL card, Aastha card, Antyodaya card holder or widow of the state can apply. To apply, the age of the girl must be 18 years. At the same time, the annual income of the family should be less than 50 thousand. Apart from the BPL families of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Minority, beneficiaries of Palanhar Yojana can also take advantage of this scheme.
