New AI models have started coming up with great features to attract people, recently Google has also launched its new open-source model Gemma 3n. This AI model has not one but two special things that make it different from other AI models. The first special thing is that Gemma 3n does not require internet to run and the second special thing is that this AI model can work easily even in a basic smartphone with 2 GB RAM.
What is Gemma 3n?
This is an open-source multimodel of Google which supports not only text but also audio, image, and video input. This model takes input from you in all these forms but the thing to note here is that it gives output i.e. answer only in text format. This new AI model of Google is smart because this tool is adept at understanding more than 140 languages. This new model has become a part of Google's Gemma series, already AI models like Gemma 3, SignGemma, and Gemmaverse are available in this series.
How will it compete with ChatGPT?
As we told you, there is something special in Google Gemma 3n and that special thing is that this AI is capable of working even without the internet, but on the other hand, if we talk about ChatGPT, then this AI model cannot work without the internet. You will need the internet to use ChatGPT.
Google's AI model working without the internet can create a stir because this AI can be used even in areas where internet connectivity is poor or when you do not have internet facilities available. But this is not the case with ChatGPT, as long as you have internet, you can use it, but as soon as the internet facility ends, ChatGPT will also stop working.
