PDF analysis facility
Now users can upload PDF files to their Android, iPhone, and desktop browsers. Such as lecture slides or reports, and ask questions related to them. AI Mode will scan that file, pull useful information from the web, and give the user the option to do further research on the related topic through trusted links. Google has announced that soon this feature will also support other file types, like Google Drive. This feature is currently available to English-speaking users above 18 years of age.
Do project planning with the Canvas feature?
Google's new Canvas feature in AI Mode will work as a dynamic side panel, which will help the user to prepare the plan in a step-by-step manner and update it over time. Users can start any project by asking AI Mode and then select the "Create Canvas" option.
This feature will be especially useful in planning study schedules, travel planning, or any big project. In the future, users will be able to create more personalized plans by uploading their documents, such as class notes or syllabi. This feature is currently being launched for users of AI Mode Labs in the US, and at present, it will be available only in English.
