The Women and Child Development Department in Madhya Pradesh has released recruitment for 19,504 posts of Anganwadi Workers and Assistants for 12th-pass women. The last date for application is 4 July 2025.

A golden opportunity for a government job has come for the women of Madhya Pradesh. The Women and Child Development Department (WCD MP) has issued a notification for recruitment to a total of 19,504 posts of Anganwadi Workers and Assistants across the state.

This recruitment is especially for 12th pass women, who have been looking for a government job for a long time. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the portal chayan.mponline.gov.in.

The application process has started from 20 June 2025 and will run till 4 July 2025. Women who make any mistake while applying can also correct it till 7 July.

Under this recruitment campaign, 2027 posts have been reserved for Anganwadi workers and 17,477 posts for Anganwadi assistants. That is, it is one of the biggest women-centric recruitments in the state.

To apply in this recruitment, it is mandatory for the candidate to be 12th pass. Also, the age limit should be between 18 to 35 years.

The selection will be done entirely on the basis of merit list, in which 12th class marks will be seen. After this, there will also be a process of document verification and medical examination. An application fee of Rs 100 has been fixed for this recruitment, in which 18 GST will also have to be added and a total of Rs 118 will have to be paid online.

First of all go to MP Online Selection Portal chayan.mponline.gov.in. Click on the link "WCD Women and Child Development". Then choose "Recruitment Process for the post of Office Worker and Assistant". Click on "Apply Online". Fill all the information sought carefully like name, date of birth, qualification etc. Upload scanned copies of all the required documents in PDF format. Pay the fee online and submit the application form. Finally save the printout of the form for future reference.
