Gold-Silver Price Today: After a decline at the start of the week, gold now appears to be getting back on track. Gold prices have witnessed a significant surge over the last two trading sessions.

Gold-Silver Price Today: Gold prices in India are witnessing an upward trend today. Following a dip at the beginning of the week, gold now seems to be recovering its momentum. Over the past two trading sessions, gold prices have experienced a substantial spike. During this period, the price of 100 grams of 24-carat gold has risen by approximately ₹39,800, while the price of an equal quantity (100 grams) of 22-carat gold has increased by ₹36,500. This trend reflects a renewed and growing interest in gold among investors.

This surge in gold prices is being driven by conflicting signals regarding potential peace talks between the United States and Iran. On one hand, the U.S. has conveyed a peace proposal to Iran through Pakistan. On the other hand, Iran has denied any intention of participating in such negotiations. Furthermore, Iran has imposed a precondition asserting its full authority (sovereign control) over the Strait of Hormuz. This development has once again escalated tensions to a critical level. Approximately 20 percent of the world's crude oil passes through this vital waterway; consequently, any disruption or assertion of control over this route poses a significant concern for the global economy.
