Gold Rate Today: Gold prices rise for the second consecutive day; rates up from Delhi to Chennai—check the new price..

Gold prices in the country have risen for the second consecutive day. On the morning of July 11, prices climbed further in most cities. In the capital, Delhi, the price of 24-carat gold has risen to ₹1,44,960 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, the rate stands at ₹1,44,830 per 10 grams. Demand for precious metals has increased due to the weakening of the dollar. In the international market, spot gold has reached $4,106.25 per ounce. A day earlier, a rise of ₹400 was recorded in the price of gold in Delhi's bullion market.

Gold rates in major cities across the country:

Gold price in Delhi: The price of 24-carat gold in Delhi is ₹1,44,960 per 10 grams. The rate for 22-carat gold is ₹1,32,910 per 10 grams.

Mumbai and Kolkata: In Mumbai and Kolkata, the price of 22-carat gold is ₹1,32,760 per 10 grams, while the price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,44,830 per 10 grams.

Gold price in Chennai: The price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,45,650 per 10 grams. The rate for 22-carat gold is ₹1,33,510 per 10 grams.

Prices in Pune and Bengaluru: In both these cities, the price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,44,830 per 10 grams, and the price of 22-carat gold is ₹1,32,760 per 10 grams.

HSBC has stated that the average price of gold could be $4,560 per ounce in 2026; it had previously projected a price of $4,864 per ounce. It has forecast an average gold price of $4,925 per ounce for 2027. The bank noted that gold prices could range between $3,800 and $4,700 per ounce for the remainder of this year. By the end of the year, the price could reach $4,750, and by the end of next year, it could rise to $5,025 per ounce.

Silver Price

The price of silver, another precious metal, is also rising. On the morning of July 11, silver is priced at ₹240,100 per kilogram. In the international market, the spot price of silver stands at $59.54 per ounce. Domestic prices for gold and silver are influenced by both local and global factors.
