Gold Price Today: Gold prices have fallen again, becoming cheaper from Delhi to Chennai; here is the current rate..

Gold prices in the country have seen a decline again. On the morning of July 6, the prices of both 24-carat and 22-carat gold dropped in most cities. In the capital, Delhi, the price of 24-carat gold fell to ₹1,46,870 per 10 grams. However, over the past week, the price of 24-carat gold had risen by ₹2,780 and 22-carat gold by ₹2,550. In the international market, spot gold stands at $4,175.02 per ounce.

JPMorgan believes that while gold prices will rise this year, the increase will be limited. This is because demand for gold from key sectors will not be as strong as initially anticipated. Gold prices could reach $4,300 per ounce in the third quarter and $4,500 per ounce in the fourth quarter.

Gold rates in major cities

Gold price in Delhi: The price of 24-carat gold in Delhi is ₹1,46,870 per 10 grams. The rate for 22-carat gold is ₹1,34,640 per 10 grams.

Mumbai and Kolkata: In Mumbai and Kolkata, the price of 22-carat gold is ₹1,34,490 per 10 grams, while the price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,46,720 per 10 grams.

Gold price in Chennai: The price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,49,450 per 10 grams. The rate for 22-carat gold is ₹1,34,540 per 10 grams.

Prices in Pune and Bengaluru: In both these cities, the price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,46,720 per 10 grams, and the price of 22-carat gold is ₹1,34,490 per 10 grams.
