Gold Rate Today in India: Taking advantage of the recent dip in prices, buying at lower levels has given a boost to gold. The onset of the festive season has also helped halt the decline. Dhanteras falls on November 6th, followed by Diwali on November 8th. In India, there is a long-standing tradition of purchasing gold and silver on these occasions, as it is considered auspicious.

Regarding gold, after a day of stability, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has risen by ₹770, and 22-carat gold by ₹710, over the last four days. Prior to this, there had been a decline—over the two days preceding that period of stability, 10 grams of 24-carat gold had become cheaper by ₹5,090, and 22-carat gold by ₹4,650. As of today, in the national capital, Delhi, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has increased by ₹10, and 22-carat gold has also risen by ₹10. Meanwhile, silver—amidst sluggish industrial demand and following three consecutive days of stable prices—has seen a decline today, with the price of one kilogram of silver dropping by ₹100. What to watch next

Investors will be keeping a close eye on key economic data due from the United States today, including international trade figures for September, as well as the S&P Global Services PMI and ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI for October. These data points will provide insights into the US Federal Reserve’s stance on interest rates and the trajectory of the US dollar—both of which are critical factors influencing the movement of gold prices. In India, the price trend will also be shaped by the rupee’s performance against the US dollar, global market prices, and local demand.
