A key reason behind the decline in gold and silver prices is pressure from the international market. Rising crude oil prices and concerns regarding inflation have led investors to adopt a cautious approach. Additionally, tensions between the United States and Iran are also impacting the market.

An opportunity to shop before Dhanteras?

This year, Dhanteras will be celebrated on November 6, and Diwali on November 8. Purchasing gold and silver during these festivals is considered auspicious; therefore, an increase in market activity is expected. The price decline could bring relief to those planning to buy jewellery or coins for the festive season.
