A loan facility is now being launched to help if gas prices spike suddenly or if you run out of gas at the end of the month without having the funds for a refill. Notably, no interest will be charged on the loan provided for the gas refill.

Bharatgas announced this micro-loan facility for LPG refills via a post on the social media platform X. The announcement states that consumers will receive an interest-free loan for refills, which can be repaid in easy installments. The company has named this scheme "Buy Now, Pay Later."

**Interest-free LPG loan of up to ₹600**
Through the Bharatgas micro-loan facility, customers can avail of an interest-free loan of up to ₹600 for LPG refills. For a ₹600 loan, customers are required to make installment payments of ₹100. These repayments must be made in weekly installments, and no interest is charged on the amount. Essentially, you pay an EMI of ₹100 every week. This facility operates on the "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) model.

**How ​​to avail the LPG loan?**
This facility does not provide a loan covering the full cost of the LPG refill; instead, it offers a loan of up to ₹600. If you run out of gas unexpectedly and are short on funds, you can take a micro-loan of up to ₹600 and repay it through weekly installments of ₹100, with no interest charged. To avail of this 'Buy Now Pay Later' microfinance facility, you need to contact your nearest Bharatgas distributor. By visiting the distributor, you can complete the necessary formalities for this micro-loan facility and obtain a gas cylinder refill.
