How to book tickets from the UTS app

Download the 'UTS' app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile.
Create your account and register by entering your mobile number in the app.
You will get many options in the app like - journey tickets, quick bookings, platform tickets, season tickets, and QR bookings. Choose the booking mode according to your needs.
Choose the 'Book and Travel (Paperless)' option so that you do not need to take a printout of the ticket. This ticket will be saved on the mobile itself and you can show it to the TTE on the mobile itself.

Enter the name of the starting and ending station of the journey.
Click on 'Get Fare' and fill in all the information asked.
You can make payment using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or Railway Wallet (RWallet).
After this, click on 'Book Ticket' and your general ticket will be booked as soon as you complete the payment.
