Gas cylinder prices cut by ₹200: Check the latest rates here

LPG News: The month has begun with good news, bringing significant relief to business owners today. Oil marketing companies have slashed the price of the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by over ₹200, effective August 1. Businesses such as hotels, restaurants, dhabas, and catering services—which rely on commercial gas cylinders—stand to benefit greatly from this change. However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic (14.2 kg) LPG cylinders.
Where and by how much have prices dropped?
According to the new rates, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has been reduced by ₹202 in Delhi and by ₹209 in Kolkata. Relief of around ₹200 has also been provided in Mumbai and Chennai. What has changed for domestic consumers?
This time, the price reduction applies only to the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder. There has been no change in the price of the 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder, and the existing rates remain in effect.

Consequently, this price reduction will help lower operating costs for these establishments. This move could also eventually impact the cost of certain food and beverage services.
