The Board clearly stated that, except for AC Chair Car, every RAC passenger in all other AC classes must be provided with a separate sheet, blanket, and the full range of bedroll amenities. According to railway officials, compliance with this rule is mandatory for all relevant AC trains passing through Prayagraj.

**Full Facilities Now for Every RAC Passenger**
The Railway Board has instructed all zonal railways to immediately disseminate this order to officials and staff and ensure strict compliance. Additionally, IRCTC and other relevant departments have been directed to take necessary action. This decision will bring relief to lakhs of passengers across the country traveling in AC coaches on RAC tickets; they will no longer need to repeatedly complain about bedrolls. The Railways has clarified that every RAC passenger will receive a complete, separate bedroll kit—just like other passengers—and no discrimination will be made.
