Step 2 - After that, open the app and enter your location.
Step 3 - Then you will have to enter your Aadhaar number, captcha, and the received OTP.
Step 4 - All the information will then be displayed on the screen. After that, select the face-e-KYC option.
Step 5 - The camera will then turn on, click a photo and submit it.
Step 6 - Finally, your e-KYC will be completed.

How to check e-KYC status?
Step 1 - First, you need to open the Mera KYC app.
Step 2 - Then enter your location.
Step 3 - Enter your Aadhaar number, captcha, and OTP.

Alternatively, you can also complete your ration card e-KYC offline. If your mobile app is not working, there is no need to worry. You can get your e-KYC done at your nearest ration shop. To do this, you will need to go to the ration shop. There, your thumb or fingerprints will be scanned using a POS machine. You will also need to bring your Aadhaar card and ration card.
Your thumb or fingerprints will be used for verification, after which your e-KYC will be completed.
