LPG cylinder price

LPG cylinder prices keep changing on the 1st of every month in India. The price of LPG cylinder is decided by oil marketing companies. The prices of 14 kg domestic and 19 kg commercial cylinders have been fixed. Let us tell you that the companies had reduced the price of gas cylinder, which was available for Rs 2253 in Delhi, to Rs 2028.

The bank will increase fees!

ICICI Bank has also changed the rules of service charges related to savings accounts. Now for debit cards, customers will have to pay an annual fee of Rs 200 in urban areas and Rs 99 in rural areas. With this, now no fee will have to be paid for the bank's 25-page check book. However, after this, a fee of Rs 4 will have to be paid per cheque. The bank said on its official website that these changes will come into effect from May 1, 2024. Rs 100 will have to be paid for DD or PO cancellation or duplicate revalidation and Rs 2.50 for transferring money through IMPS. On every transaction amount of Rs 1,000.

Bank related rules

According to Yes Bank's website, the minimum average balance of different types of savings accounts has been changed. The minimum average balance in Account Pro Max will be Rs 50 thousand. A limit of Rs 1,000 has been fixed for the maximum charge. Now the minimum balance in Saving Account Pro Plus, Yes Essence SA, Yes Respect SA will be Rs 25 thousand. The maximum limit of fees for this account has been fixed at Rs 750. With this, now the minimum balance to be maintained in Saving Account Pro has been Rs 10,000 and the maximum limit of charges has been fixed at Rs 750. This change will come into effect from May 1st.

Invest in special FDs for senior citizens

The last date for investment in the special fixed deposit scheme run by HDFC Bank for senior citizens has been extended. This is a special senior citizen care FD scheme, in which senior citizens are given the benefit of higher interest rates. This scheme was launched in May 2020. In this, the last date for investment has been extended till May 10, 2024.
