DDA's premium housing scheme is available in prime areas of Delhi. How can you register in DDA's Premium Housing Scheme?

To register in DDA's Premium Housing Scheme, go to SBI's e-Tender portal (dda.etender.sbi) or DDA's website (eservices.dda.org.in). Create your account and complete the KYC process. Now deposit 2,500 processing fee and earnest money through NEFT or RTGS by September 9. After this, upload the necessary documents. Now check the information and participate in the auction.

To apply in this scheme, your age should be 18 years or more, as well as you should be a citizen of India, you should have a valid PAN card, apart from this only individuals can apply, that is, no company or trust can apply. You can also make a joint application with a family member.

Payment method and terms

If you have been allotted a flat, then you will have to deposit 25 percent of the total price in the first 7 days. The remaining 75 percent amount will have to be paid in the next 60 days. If you are unable to make the payment on time, then you will get an extra grace period of 30 days, but 10 percent annual interest will be charged on it. If more time is needed, then with the approval of DDA, you can get a relaxation of up to 90 days, but 14 percent interest will have to be paid on it. Along with this, there is a special facility for handicapped people, they will get the facility to make payment in EMI. You can pay in installments of up to 15 years. 10 percent interest will be charged on this facility and they will also be given an additional discount of 5 percent.
