The government aims to encourage more young people to work in companies registered with the EPFO ​​so that they can avail themselves of benefits such as PF (Provident Fund), pensions, and social security in the future. This scheme is specifically designed for youth who are starting their first job in the private or organized sector.

Under this initiative, benefits will be provided to employees who join an organization for their first job between August 1, 2025, and July 31, 2027. The scheme is intended for individuals who have never previously been members of the EPFO ​​(Employees' Provident Fund Organisation); essentially, it is designed with entirely new employees in mind.

How will the money be received?
Under this scheme, youth will receive financial assistance totaling up to ₹15,000. This amount will be disbursed in two installments directly into their bank accounts via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
