Seeing the popularity of FD among the people, many banks in the country run many types of FD schemes. In such a situation, there is confusion as to which bank to get FD in.

While getting FD, we first check which bank is offering the highest interest rate (FD Interest Rates). Today we will tell you about some banks in the country where the highest interest is being given on FD.

Axis Bank
If you get FD for a tenure of less than 17 months to 18 months in Axis Bank, then you will get the highest interest rate of 7.20 percent.

HDFC Bank
HDFC Bank is offering its customers an interest rate of 7.25 percent on FDs with a tenure of less than 18 months to 21 months. At the same time, the bank is offering 6.60 percent interest on 1-year FDs and 7 percent interest on FDs with tenure of 3 to 5 years.

ICICI Bank
ICICI Bank is also offering the highest interest on FD to its customers. In ICICI Bank, 7.20 percent interest is being given on an FD scheme of 15 months to 2 years.

In this bank, 6.70 percent interest is available on 1 year FD. If you get an FD of 3 to 5 years, then you will get interest at the rate of 7 percent.

Bank of Baroda
In the Bank of Baroda, 7.25 percent interest is available on FDs with a tenure of 2 to 3 years. Similarly, 6.85 percent interest is available on 1 year FD. On the other hand, 7.25 percent interest is available on a 3-year FD scheme and 6.50 percent interest is available on a 5-year FD.

Punjab National Bank
Punjab National Bank is also running an FD scheme for its customers. PNB offers 7.25 percent interest on FD with 400 days tenure.

On the other hand, 6.75 percent interest is available on FD with a 1-year tenure. If you make FD in PNB for 3 years, then you get 7 percent interest and 6.50 percent interest is available on FD with 5-year tenure.

State Bank of India
State Bank of India (SBI) has started the Amrit Kalash FD Scheme for its customers. In this scheme, customers get 7.10 percent interest. Whereas SBI (State Bank of India) offers 6.80 percent interest on 1-year FD, 6.75 percent on 3-year tenure FD, and 6.50 percent on 5-year FD.

Indian Overseas Bank
Indian Overseas Bank's 444-day FD offers 7.30 percent interest. Whereas 1 year FD offers 6.90 percent interest. If a customer makes an FD for 3 years or 5 years, he gets 6.50-6.50 percent interest respectively.
