To apply for this scheme, farmers can visit their nearest bank or agriculture office, where they will be provided a form to fill out, which will require detailed information about their land and crops. Once the premium is paid, if the crop suffers any damage, the insurance will provide full compensation, making it a scheme to protect farmers from losses.
