Step 1- For this, first of all you have to go to the official website of UAN https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/.

Step 2 - Now you have to go to Important Links appearing on the right hand side and click on Know your UAN.

Step 3 - After this, now you have to enter your registered mobile number and captcha code and click on Request OTP.

Step 4 - By doing this, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, after entering that OTP, now you have to click on Validate OTP.

Step 5 - After this you have to enter some details like your full name, date of birth, Aadhaar number or PAN number.

Step 6 - After entering the details, you have to click on Show My UAN. As soon as you click on it, your UAN number will start appearing on the screen.

Now you can copy your UAN from here and save it somewhere else so that if you forget your UAN again, you do not have to repeat this entire process.

You can also find out your UAN number by sending an SMS. For this, you have to write EPFOHO UAN ENG and send it to the mobile number 7738299899 issued by EPFO. After this, in a short time you will receive an SMS on your phone which will contain your UAN number.
