You cannot withdraw money from your EPF account for just any purpose.

When can you withdraw money?

In the event of your own marriage or the marriage of a family member.
To cover the educational expenses of your son or daughter.
However, certain rules must be met; for instance, you generally need to have been a member of the PF scheme for at least seven years. Additionally, you are permitted to make such withdrawals only three times during your employment. Employees can withdraw up to 50% of the accumulated EPF balance (including accrued interest).

Upload the required documents.
Finally, submit the claim.
Once the claim is accepted, the funds will be credited to your bank account.
