Addressing the 23rd convocation of MJP Rohilkhand University, she said that female students are excelling in every field, which is a matter of joy, but the reasons behind the lagging behind must be identified and efforts must be made to improve them.

The Governor commended the university's initiative to institute the Lifetime Achievement Award, saying, "Life itself is a journey of continuous learning. Dreams aren't what keep us awake, but rather what keeps us awake. Think big, think powerful." He also shared the secrets of success with the students. The Governor urged the meritorious students to contribute to the nation's progress while advancing themselves.

The Governor honored Rohilkhand University alumnus and Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar with the Lifetime Achievement Award and congratulated him. University Chancellor Patel expressed grief over the car bombing in Delhi, saying that the perpetrators of this incident were educated individuals, which is even more tragic. She said, "Learning is a continuous process. We must maintain a desire to learn while using our knowledge for the upliftment and betterment of society."
