ELI Scheme: The central government has approved a new scheme to create new employment opportunities. Under the Employment Linked Incentive Scheme, the central government has now taken concrete steps towards ending unemployment. This scheme will not only give new youth a chance to get a job, but companies will also get financial incentives for new hiring. Under the new recruitments from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027, the central government will give a fixed amount on every recruitment i.e. every hiring. This amount will not only be given to the youth, but the companies will also get its benefit. India will become a developed country by 2047

He said that it is an important priority for any country and any government. There is more emphasis on the manufacturing sector in our country and we want to be in the category of developed countries by 2047. We are expecting or targeting a contribution of about 25% in our GDP from the manufacturing sector. The roll out of such schemes to provide incentives and assistance to not only the manufacturing sector but also to all kinds of people was expected from the government and they have already started the initiative.
