Rules for Sharing Adult Content: Often, people share such content with their friends that they probably shouldn't like sending pornographic videos. Doing this can put you in trouble.

Earlier, when someone had to convey their message to someone, then either they had to go and meet that person or they had to write a letter to tell him. Then, only words were the means of communication. But now in this digital era, people send not only their message but also photos and videos to someone instantly.

There are many social networking platforms for this. Where you can talk to friends and relatives whenever you want. The most used of all these is WhatsApp, where people talk all day long, have fun, send photos and videos to each other.

But many times people share such content which they probably shouldn't do. Like if someone sends pornographic videos to someone, then he shares that video with friends on WhatsApp. But let us tell you that doing this can put you in trouble.

If your friend sent a video, that video was obscene or related to women. Then you will not only be considered the one who forwarded it, but also a partner in the crime. Under Section 67 and 67A of the IT Act, sending, sharing or publishing any obscene content through electronic medium is a crime.

If found guilty under this, there can be a jail term of three to five years and a fine. This matter is not just a joke but a direct crime. Many people think that if they have not made the video but just shared it. Then nothing will happen to them. But the law clearly says that the one who spreads it is more important than the source of the content.

That is, the one who shared it further will also be considered equally responsible. Sharing any objectionable video related to women comes under the category of sexual crimes. Different sections of POCSO and BNS can also be applied for this.

Let us tell you that in many such cases, people have been arrested despite unintentional mistake. Because that video was found from their phone. Therefore, whenever any such video comes on your phone or you find such a video somewhere, do not share it at all.
