Delhi University Placement 2026: A great employment opportunity has arisen for Delhi University students and alumni. The university’s Central Placement Cell has invited applications under two separate recruitment drives. These opportunities are for business development-related roles at 19M Academy and PlanetSpark. Selected candidates will benefit from internships, attractive salaries, incentives, and prospects for career growth. The deadline to apply for both recruitments is July 22. Students currently enrolled in regular undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs, as well as Delhi University alumni, are eligible to apply.
Work-from-home internship at 19M Academy
The Central Placement Cell has invited applications for the post of Business Development Associate. This will be a six-month, training-based, work-from-home internship. High-performing candidates will also have the opportunity to receive a pre-placement offer (PPO). During the internship, selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Additionally, performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 per month will be provided. Upon receiving a PPO, the annual package for candidates could range from ₹4 lakh to ₹6 lakh.
What will the internship entail?
Candidates selected for this role will be required to contact prospective students, understand their educational needs, and provide information about 19M Academy’s programs. Their responsibilities will also include assisting students with the admission process, conducting regular follow-ups, and meeting set targets.
Full-time job opportunity at PlanetSpark
The CPC has also invited applications for the position of Business Development Counselor at PlanetSpark. This is a full-time job based in Gurugram. Regular undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students from Delhi University are eligible to apply for this opportunity.
Salary and Career Growth
During the training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹21,428 along with incentives. Upon completion of the training, they will earn a fixed annual salary of ₹4.1 lakh plus variable pay of up to ₹2.4 lakh. For international roles, the package includes a fixed annual salary of ₹4.8 lakh and variable pay of up to ₹2.4 lakh.
Responsibilities and Application Deadline
In this role, candidates will be required to inform students and parents about PlanetSpark’s communication skills program. They will also need to recommend suitable courses based on individual needs and provide guidance throughout the admission process.
