Meta-owned instant messaging app WhatsApp has made a big announcement. WhatsApp had provided the facility of booking Delhi Metro tickets long ago, but for card recharge, one still had to depend on some other platform. Now WhatsApp has also provided the facility of Metro card recharge.

WhatsApp users can now recharge Delhi Metro cards from WhatsApp itself. For this, a chatbot service number has been issued which is +91-9650855800. This chatbot is available in both Hindi and English languages.

To recharge your Metro card, you have to write Hi and send it to this number. After that, you will get many options from which you have to choose the option of card recharge. After that, you will be able to recharge the card. For payment, you will get many options like UPI, debit card, and credit card.

This new feature of WhatsApp will work on both Android and iOS. This service is for Delhi, Gurugram, and Rapid Metro. Let us tell you that last year WhatsApp launched a QR ticketing system on WhatsApp for Delhi Metro, which was a big hit.
