DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana: Under the Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a golden opportunity is available to purchase homes in Delhi at highly affordable prices. A key highlight of this scheme is that it is primarily designed for serving and retired employees of the Central and State governments, who are being offered a special discount of up to 25% on flat prices. Under two housing schemes launched by the Delhi Development Authority in the Narela area, more than 700 flats have been booked in just two days.

Flats were offered to retired government employees under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025. Recently, the DDA also added 936 additional flats to this scheme in Sector A1-A4, Pocket-6, of Narela. According to officials, bookings for this scheme commenced on March 26th, coinciding with the occasion of Ram Navami; within just two days, over 400 flats were booked, demonstrating strong public interest. Similarly, under the DDA Nagarik Awaas Yojana 2026, a total of 1,944 flats have been offered for the Low-Income Group (LIG) in Sector G7/G8 of Narela. Of these, more than 300 flats have already been sold. Let us explain how you can book a flat.
