The e-auction will be held from December 1 to 4, 2025, based on which successful applicants will be selected. Selected individuals will have to deposit 75% of the total amount upfront, while the remaining 25% can be paid by July 2026, when possession of the flat is expected.

Part of Delhi's First TOD Project

This area of ​​Karkardooma is the center of the first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project being developed in Delhi. Spread over approximately 30 hectares, this hub is being developed as a mix of residential, commercial, and community facilities.
