DDA's Premium Housing Scheme has been extended until February 20th, making today the last opportunity to apply. This scheme covers several prime areas of Delhi. High-quality flats in Jasola are available at a reserve price of approximately ₹2.14 crore (approximately $2.14 million). SFS and MIG flats are available in Vasant Kunj and Dwarka.
MIG units in Dwarka are available between ₹1.34 crore and ₹1.45 crore (approximately $1.45 million). Options are also available in areas like Rohini, Dilshad Garden, Lok Nayakpuram, and Jahangirpuri. MIG flat prices start at ₹53 lakh and go up to ₹1.45 crore (approximately $1.45 million).
Relief for middle and low-income groups
The scheme isn't just focused on high-budget buyers. Affordable flats are also available for LIG, Janta, and EWS categories. LIG units start at ₹19 lakh in areas like Karol Bagh, Rohini, Paschim Vihar, and Vikaspuri. Janta and EWS flats are available in Dwarka, Ashok Nagar, Kondli Gharoli, and Nasirpur. This is a good opportunity for those planning to buy a home for the first time and want to settle in Delhi within a limited budget.

The last date for registration and submission of EMD is February 20, 2026, until 6 pm. The last date for submitting applications is February 23. The e-auction schedule will be released on February 26, and online bidding can take place between March 2 and 5. The entire process is online.
