The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the online registration process for the Common University Entrance Test – Post Graduate (CUET PG 2026) for the academic session 2026-27. This examination is crucial for students who wish to pursue postgraduate (PG) courses in central universities and other participating universities across the country. CUET PG now makes it possible to gain admission to multiple universities through a single examination, saving students the hassle of taking separate exams.

The CUET PG 2026 examination will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). It includes central universities, as well as state universities, deemed universities, private universities, autonomous colleges, and other institutions. CUET PG 2026 Important Dates

The online application for CUET PG 2026 begins on December 14, 2025. The last date to apply is January 14, 2026. The last date for submitting the application fee is also January 14, 2026. The application correction window will be open from January 18 to January 20, 2026.  Information regarding the exam city will be announced later, and the admit card release date will also be notified later. According to the official notification, the CUET PG 2026 examination will be conducted for 157 subjects. This examination will be conducted in 292 cities across India and 16 cities outside India, giving students the convenience of choosing their nearest examination center.

Through this examination, candidates can gain admission to various postgraduate courses such as MA, MSc, MCom, MBA, MCA, and other PG programs. How to apply for CUET PG 2026?

1. First, visit the website nta.ac.in or exams.nta.ac.in/cuet-pg.

2. Click on the CUET PG 2026 Registration link provided on the homepage.

3. Complete the registration by filling in your basic personal and academic information.

4. Log in using the application number and password received after registration.

5. Carefully fill out the application form and select your preferred course and examination city.

6. Upload the required documents (photo, signature, etc.) in the specified format.

7. Pay the application fee online. Submit the application form and download and save the confirmation page.
