How can I log in to the portal?

Who can apply, will all customers get a chance?
Only those investors will get a chance to apply, whose money is still outstanding and are valid customers. it's not like that at all. All the deposit accounts of the customer in Sahara's co-operative societies, of them will have to apply by giving details in a single claim form. It will be necessary to give detailed information about each deposit one by one. Even if the application is not being made in the single claim form. The customer has to scan and upload the original deposit certificate.

Will there be a chance to add to the claim once claimed?
The ministry has a clear guideline that once the claim form is submitted, the customer will not be given a chance to add anything to it. Therefore, it is very important to verify all your details before submission. Once the form is submitted, nothing can be added to it again.

In which format do the documents have to be uploaded and what is the method?
Depositors claiming refunds will have to upload all their documents in PDF/JPEG/PNG/JPEG2 format only. For this, the ministry has released a short video, in which the method of uploading the form has been explained. The video can be viewed by visiting https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/Help link.
