The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has announced recruitment for conductor positions for candidates with disabilities. Applications can only be submitted online. Candidates can apply by visiting the Ojas portal (ojas.gujarat.gov.in) or the GSRTC official website (gsrtc.in). The application process began on September 16th and will continue until October 3rd, 2025.

To apply for this recruitment, a candidate must have passed the 12th standard. They must also have a conductor license and a first aid certificate. Candidates with basic computer knowledge will be given preference.

The minimum age limit is 18 years. The maximum age limit for male candidates with disabilities in the general category is 43 years. However, age relaxation will be given up to 45 years for the reserved category and female candidates with disabilities.

Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹26,000 per month. This is a stable salary, making the job even more attractive.

Candidates will be selected in two stages. The first stage will be a written examination, followed by document verification. Only successful candidates will be appointed.

The written examination will be for 100 marks. It will cover topics such as general knowledge, history and geography of Gujarat, road safety, Gujarati and English grammar, mathematical ability and reasoning, information related to GSRTC, ticket and fare calculation, Motor Vehicle Act, first aid, and conductor responsibilities. Questions related to computer knowledge will also be asked.

Candidates should first visit the Ojas portal or the GSRTC website. Click on the "Apply Online" link. Fill in all the required information and upload the required documents. After paying the application fee, submit the form. Finally, take a printout and keep it safe.
